- Group Non-Exec Finance Director and Board mentor.
- Worked with Group CEO and MD to devise and implement a Strategic Plan which was successful in more than doubling turnover of the Business and significantly increasing enterprise value.
- Along with Group CEO, was key liaison point with PE backers and financiers.
- Implemented a Cash Flow Management tool which enabled the Business’ term debt to be repaid ahead of schedule.
